I’ve been lucky to see high-performance sports and revolutionary growth companies up close. I was General Manager at Uprise Digital, working with incredible human beings who succeeded in changing the game for digital agencies. I have also represented NZ in curling at World Championship level and am currently National Coach (I’ll convince you over a coffee that curling’s the finest sport ever invented).
I’ve spent 25 years learning how to bring the energising teamwork and personal development of great sports into scaling business environments.
